1. These standards apply to content uploaded by Bebo's professional partners on Bebo (including Open Media and original programming). They outline the content that is prohibited on Bebo, as well as content that must be age-restricted or labelled.
  2. These standards should be read alongside Bebo's other terms and policies, including those for advertising (http://skin.bebo.com/OpenMediaGuidelines.jsp) and privacy (http://skin.bebo.com/Privacy2.jsp) which remain in full effect.
  3. Any Bebo partner with queries regarding these standards should contact Bebo's staff. Bebo strongly encourages partners to get in contact with Bebo BEFORE uploading content that addresses potentially upsetting or controversial subjects, in order to ensure that their content meets these standards.
  4. IV.Partners are responsible for taking necessary steps for compliance. Partners will be given the opportunity to select the appropriate age-restriction and/or guidance label when uploading content.
  5. Bebo will notify a partner found to be in non-compliance. Failure to comply with these standards may result in termination of the Partner's agreement with Bebo.
